The food here is exceptional. Everything from the Banh Mi selection to the rice and noodle dishes is amazing. The portion sizes are perfect, the flavors are authentic, and the establishment is clean. The owners are extremely helpful and kind when recommending dishes and answering any questions. I would highly recommend you to try this place if you’re looking for great food!

The Vegetarian Bahn Mi was delicious! It’s completely plant-based/ vegan. It has a shredded tofu-y mushroom mixture on it in addition to a plant-based sliced meat. The mayo sauce is also plant-based/ vegan. The French fries come with Parmesan cheese on them though!!!

The banh mi was so good! The bread was crunchy but light, veggies were crispy and fresh, and the meat was savory and packed a punch! Highly recommend this place! The price was reasonable too!

The pork and beef sandwich was amazing. The bread actually reminded me of Europe, so good!

I had a great experience at Bake & Bite! I ordered the B2. Bánh Mì Heo Nướng, 02. Bún Bò Xào, and the A2. Gỏi Cuốn. The Gỏi Cuốn (fresh spring rolls) were delicious! They tasted incredibly fresh, and the dipping sauce paired with them perfectly. The Bún Bò Xào was refreshing, flavorful, and had a generous portion that was perfect for one person. The vegetables, vermicelli, and beef all went really well together. The Bánh Mì Heo Nướng was also very tasty. The bread was fresh, and the flavors were great. My only small suggestion would be that I wish it had a little more grilled pork inside, but it was still a really good sandwich overall. The restaurant itself was very clean and had a calm, comfortable atmosphere. The employees were all friendly, and the person who checked us out was especially kind and welcoming. Overall, I’d definitely come back and would recommend Bake & Bite to anyone looking for fresh and flavorful Vietnamese food!
